What 2020 taught me?

What 2020 taught me?

What does a 9 to 5 job will teach one is a common thing everyone would experience in life. But this lockdown is a different experience to me as a College going Student.

Before the lockdown we were all in a race. Only focusing on things that matters the most and that are valuable for our future. I didn't pause and look for that simple things that matter the most in life.

After the lockdown, we were all confined in our homes from the world of corona virus and also from the world of the race and competition. This situation is like a Marathon runner preparing for the race not knowing when the race would start. Due to this situation we were all free from the world of voices that continuosly insist for the preparation for the race and competition. This point in life is what taught me that we are all humans at first before all the job titles we put for ourselves. Human life and Humanity are more important and valuable compared to the world of race. At last what we race for and acheive is to contribute to enrich the life of people around us. Where competition is a part of the excellence but excellence should not be driven by competition. This taught me that life can be amazing and meaningful when we start looking for that simple things that make us happy and move on. And keep a healthy otherwise no competition for a fulfilling life.

In this race we forget that all the race we run for is at end is to gratify the needs of people.

We knew that many lost their lives this year. Many suffered from unspeakable losses. It's now time for us to join hands making this year a great one. Let's Hope for the Best.
