Past

Ragu had said that he has read 5 books in his leave by the famous author Neil Tyson, Since he had much interest in space science and the author was his role model since childhood. He said he will pursue his career on Astronomy.

Ram was witnessing these said by his best friend since childhood. That's when he decided to read books more than his friend Ragu has read.

Ram loves to play Carrom. His father was a state carrom player. His father trained him to play carrom since childhood. He was keen that his talent must transend to the next generation.

But to Ram what sustained in his mind is reading books about Space and becoming Astronaut was the greatest achievement.

Ram ran up the staircase reached the library. Searched the books of Tyson, decided to read more than his friend has read.

Present:

Ragu who was chatting with his classmates got afraid of Ram's action. Ram proudly said that he is going to read 10 books of Tyson , he will pursue a career on Astronomy.

Ram started reading the book by himself even though he didn't like the concept. After reading half of the book he got frustrated and throwed the book.

The next day in school he asked Ragu about how he read those 5 books, he wasn't able to read half of it. Ragu said that from his childhood his parents would teach him to read books. He started with small short stories. Five years back he was inspired by the book "Letters from an Astrophysicist" and from then started reading the author's books till now.
From then he had developed interest to learn more about Space.

Their class teacher who saw this happening called both of them to staff room. She said to Ram that it does not matter how many books you read. What matters is what you read and what you gain. You see a champion athelete. He is famous only because of his hard work. The world sees only victory. So we judge so easy that every thing is easy to accomplish.

Ram said that playing carrom is what he loves the most. The teacher said that Hardwork beats Talent when Talent does not work hard. You have talent to play carrom like Ram likes to be an Astronomer. Start working for it from today. Hardwork never leaves one down.

Ram becomes the next big carrom player.

Moral
Schools teach to learn and always appreciates who learn. A carrom player is one who has to be in a carrom coaching center. That's the place for him to learn and grow.

We must find what interests us and develop skills from the place where out talent is appreciated.
