Cast Away - Rewatch perspectives

Chuck Noland busy with his life delivering parcles all over the world, chasing time and efficiency to beat the competitor to stay ahead in the race. His personal life is a bit off but he stays ahead there by his witty and charming suprises that somehow makes it stand through. When life hits hims to be stranded in an island, he tries to reach out for help, adapt to the new lifestyle from making shoes, to making fire, food, boat. He didn't say I'm done at first though he might have thought it after his many tries. His struggle to make a life out of nothing makes him vulnerable, his fight for survival physically and mentally. This makes him more empthetic inside. Among all the rush of life, we sometimes forget the need to be empathetic towards others. When he returns to normalcy he regains everything that he missed in the island. Great shelter, food, but except his wife / family. Why watch Anora.?

It sets the mood at the first frame. The film showcases the life of a bar dancer, it shows a group of dancers who are performing the dance, this alone gives the audience time to decide the flavour of the film and decide to stop or continue. It hides nothing. It shows the audience what is considered private moments, we usually see these on the middle or second half of a film, meaning it explores the life of common people. Here they explore life of someone who does this for money, so there is no emotional arc required for this to happen. When physical relationship transcends to emotional relationship, love, the plot becomes exciting. But before power and money, can truth withstand is a testament for love. Is love real? It speaks on how a man comes into Anora's life who would see her beyond her physicality. But what if this is unreal that does not agree on money but on words and promises, commitment.
